Citi resident or non-resident get membership of Citi privileged loyalty card program.

What are the steps to join, and is there any associated cost?

You can become a member of the Citi Loyalty Program by signing free Citi Gold Card app from store. Once you’ve done that, simply follow the instructions to register for the program. To sign up, you’ll need to provide your full name, a unique phone number, CNIC, and email address. Please note, there is an annual subscription fee of 3,000 PKR.

What is the process for updating my information?

To update your information, such as your first and last name, simply log into your app account and navigate to your profile settings. However, for critical changes like contact details or email address, please reach out to the program administrator for assistance.

How can I easily add funds to my Citi Gold Card App e-Wallet?

Only registered active members are permitted to electronically transfer money from any banking app in Pakistan via financial collaboratives of Citi Gold Card Loyalty App. This top-up can solely be utilized to pay for or purchase products and services exclusively offered by Citi Housing Projects through the Citi Gold Card App e-Wallet. And here’s the cherry on top: even after your top-up’s expiration, your funds remain snugly nestled in your e-wallet, awaiting your next adventure. It’s the fusion of convenience and rewards, tailored just for you, making every interaction a journey to cherish.

Do my Loyalty Program points hold any monetary value?

Points earned through top-ups receive a 1% reward, and when redeeming cash vouchers, they hold cash value, with one point equating to one PKR/-, which is non-transferable. You do not possess property rights in any rewards, benefits, or points. These points can only be used to pay off defined projects as per Citi management’s closed-loop system.

Do my points have an expiration date?

Absolutely not! Your accumulated points remain valid in your Citi Loyalty Program account until member willingly left-off as per existing policy. Even after inactivation of tenure, the points will still be there but cannot be used. However, upon renewal of your card, the points will become unlocked and you can once again start using them.

What is the process for cancelling my membership?

If you’ve made the decision to part ways with the program, simply reach out to our official support team OR Admin contacts available in the app. We’ll handle your request during normal working hours. Please note, there won’t be any reimbursement of the registration fee. Additionally, in the event of expiration, your membership will automatically be frozen.
