INTRODUCTION

‘Citi Housing Private Limited (CHPL)’ Citi Housing presents exclusive amenities for privileged residents across all projects. From classic architectural design of mosques to excellence in education, from immaculate security philosophy and strategy to 24/7 uninterrupted power supply, from the state-of-the-art parlor & theme park to the innovative cutting-edge weight-reducing and body shaping fitness centers, from Inspiration of wildlife, and cinematic indulgence of world-class movies to exquisite continental tastes of China Citi Restaurant.

CITI GOLD CARD

CHPL is going to introduce a new program for the betterment and flourishing of the mission to provide excellent services to its stakeholders.

  • • Citi Gold Loyalty Card program is promoted, issued, and remains the property of Citi Housing Private Limited (CHPL).
  • • This document sets out the terms and conditions among the Citi Resident (CR), Non-Citi Resident (NCR), Associates, and Collaborative Entities/Affiliates.
  • • Use of your Citi Gold Card is deemed acceptance of terms and conditions subject to couple with instructions used from time to time by CHPL.
  • • This card can’t be used as a credit or debit card.

TERMS TO KNOW FOR CITI GOLD CARD LOYALTY PROGRAM

  • CHPL This term refers to Citi Housing Private Limited.
  • ‘CGC’ means Citi Gold Card, this term referred to as “CGC” shall be used and read as CITI GOLD CARD.
  • ‘CCP’ means Citi Commercial projects, this term referred shall be considered as “CCP”.     
  • ‘Collaborative/Affiliate Entities’ means in relation to any person (Sole-ownership), association, business, corporate body or any entity which directly or indirectly through one or more intermediates, controls or is controlled by, or is under common control with, that entity. This term may also be used to refer to franchisees.
  • ‘Associate/Association’ this term refers to the facility availing entities (especially educational institutes) and charmingly accepts the “Benefits” going to provide with Citi Gold Card Loyalty Program and other “Benefits” rather than CGC. They must buy an association Citi Gold Card to get the association with us.
  • ‘Member’ or ‘Membership’ means a member of the Citi Housing Private Limited under the valid registration of the Citi Gold Card loyalty program. It can / may CR (Citi Resident) or NCR (Non-Citi Resident).
  • ‘Eligible Transaction’ refers to the purchase of any type from the umbrella of Citi Housing Commercial Projects available in the territories, situated in different cities of Pakistan. Other than Citi Housing Commercial Project points can’t be redeem or any discount allowed at Citi Housing Commercial Projects. It is exclusively attached to the buyer only from Citi Housing Commercial Projects.
  • ‘Benefits’ means the services, products, discounts, offers, activities, gifts, events, or arrangements offered or available to members from time to time.
  • ‘PIN’ means the personal identification number nominated by you to get registered under the CGC (Citi Gold Card) program, which rewards you the points you get with each of the eligible transactions from the umbrella of Citi Housing Commercial projects.
  • ‘Points’ the points earned by you on eligible transactions in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • ‘CR or NCR’ CR refers to the clients which are residents of Citi Housing Private Limited and NCR which are not residents within the boundaries of the premises of Citi Housing Private Limited.

AFFILIATES / COLLABORATION AND ASSOCIATE ENTITIES

  • Associates should have to buy Citi Gold Card for availing “Benefits” to and for its students.
  • Affiliates and associates shall be bound to fulfill the given requirements, discounts, and offers to our clients as per the agreement.
  • CHPL (Citi Housing Private Limited) is allowed to advertise their associate, affiliates, and their ‘Benefits’ on digital and print media.
  • The Citi Gold Card/Citi Gold Student Card can’t be used for debit/credit payments.
  • Affiliates and associates are not allowed to terminate/breach of an agreement or amend the discount offerings before the period they agreed, but if necessary, they shall be bound to inform management in writing at least 20 days before any amendments and after negotiation, it will be mutually decided.
  • Citi Housing (Pvt.) Ltd. has the right to amend or close any association, affiliation, “Benefits” or any such kind of event or activity without any prior notice.
  • Citi Housing (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to decline any application for any reason in its sole and absolute direction without prior notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERS

Membership

  • CR (Citi Resident) gets registered by collecting their Citi Gold Card/Citi Gold Student Card by filling an signup form.
  • In the case of NCR (Non-Citi Resident) get registration filling a necessary application form along with its nominal yearly membership charges and collect Citi Gold Card/Citi Gold Student Card.
  • Loyalty points will not commence or accrue until your application is approved/ accepted by Citi Housing Private Limited also the required necessary documentation processing along with Citi Gold Card/Citi Gold Student Card has been successfully registered.
  • CGC (Citi Gold Card) is not transferable to others and remains the property of Citi Housing Private Limited all the time.
  • Membership may be canceled or refused by CHPL (Citi Housing Private Limited) at its absolute direction if membership is deemed to be fraudulent or linked to a fraudulent membership or any other reason assigned by the management of CHPL. In this case, all Credits, Points, benefits, and rewards will be immediately canceled or forfeited.
  • Citi Gold Loyalty Card Membership is limited to one single individual.
  • Membership charges are only for one year, and the renewal fee will be as per the New Year membership policies and procedures.

Loyalty Points

  • CHPL (Citi Housing Private Limited) reserves the right to ask you for identification to verify that you are the cardholder of Citi Housing Private Limited.
  • To thereafter accrue Points, you must present Your Citi Gold Card or using App each time when you make an eligible transaction under the umbrella of Citi Housing Commercial Projects.
  • Points can be earned in conjunction with discounted purchases, special offers, or promotions on CCP (Citi Commercial Projects).
  • Without Your Citi Gold Card or using App, your transaction will not be recorded as eligible and will not count towards the accumulation of Points.
  • Points accrued do not constitute your property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no monetary value.
  • Points cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person, entity, account, or other Citi Gold Card or using App or Member.
  • Points can only be redeemed as per the policy & procedures.

CHPL (Citi Housing Private Limited) will deduct from your Citi Gold Card or Using App account;

  • a. Any Points that have been credited to your Citi Gold Card in erroneously;
  • b. Any Points that relate to an eligible transaction that has been cancelled, reversed, or a refund given
  • Points can only be earned by individuals shopping, services for personal use.
  • Your Citi Gold Card or Using App cannot be used in conjunction with any other “Benefits”, promotion, coupon, voucher, or any other loyalty rewards programs except the projects owns CCP (Citi Commercial Projects).

Lost / Stolen Cards OR Omissions

  • In case of Stolen or Lost card member should have promptly informed by Calling, email, or SMS. The replacement card will be issued to you as soon as possible. Your applicable Points will be transferred to your new card. Please note that in order to issue the replacement card we may require proof of identity coupled with necessary documents including an affidavit of the correctness of the information and a report of loss.
  • Replacement Card will be issued with new ‘PIN’ after charging 1000 PKR/-

Variation in Terms

  • Citi Housing may vary these terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute direction subject to the terms of this Clause;
  • Any accrual or redemption of points; or
  • Citi Housing Private Limited will send an email, SMS, or WhatsApp to notify you of variations in the terms and conditions made in accordance with this Clause which shall be part of these terms & additional terms & conditions.
  • Citi Housing Private Limited will not be responsible for any loss caused directly or indirectly by a variation to the terms and conditions made in accordance with this Clause.
  • In the eventuality/eventualities act of management of CHPL shall not be called in questioning before any court of law, authority, and tribunal, judicial or quasi-judicial forum.

Miscellaneous

  • Citi Housing Private Limited may notify you from time to time of additional promotions, new collaborations, and benefits available to Members.
  • Citi Housing Private Limited may notify you from time to time of “Benefits” from Associates or Affiliates of Citi Housing Private Limited.
  • Information collected from you in connection with your Membership to the Citi Gold Card Loyalty Program will be used in accordance with these terms and conditions and remain safely preserve and shall not provide anyone.
  • Most importantly CHPL (Citi Housing Private Limited) issue loyalty card and afterword inform you about activation of loyalty card regarding your register account.
